Chief of Staff to CEO

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support roles
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and leadership levels
• Strong follow-through—able to track initiatives and ensure execution
• Proactive problem solver—anticipates needs, removes roadblocks, and takes ownership

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities, track key deliverables, and ensure the CEO’s time is optimized
• Track outcomes from leadership and board meetings — support agenda prep, document action items, and ensure follow-ups happen
• Facilitate communication between the CEO and various teams, ensuring alignment and execution of priorities
• Track ongoing initiatives, drive accountability, and make sure key projects stay on schedule
• Draft internal communications, summaries, and executive updates for the CEO
• Support key business processes, including executive planning, special projects, and operational reviews
• Assist with high-priority initiatives requiring cross-team coordination and fast execution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-growth environments, ideally in fintech, payments, or technology, is a plus
