Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, VP of Product, or General Manager) in a software house or SaaS company
- Proven track record in participating in and winning public tenders, including knowledge of tender processes and compliance regulations
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, particularly in the public procurement sector
- Understanding of software product management, from ideation to market launch, with a focus on automation and AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with legal and procedural aspects of public tenders, including electronic procurement platforms and compliance standards
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with both private and government entities
- Experience in scaling SaaS products, managing product-market fit, and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Driving the product and sales strategy to establish the platform as a market leader in public procurement automation
- Leading and managing the sales and business development team to acquire and retain B2B clients
- Overseeing the product development roadmap to align with market needs and regulatory requirements
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in the public procurement ecosystem (government agencies, large enterprises, procurement consultants)
- Ensuring the platform meets all legal and compliance requirements related to public tenders
- Identifying and executing growth opportunities, including partnerships, integrations, and new revenue streams
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to optimize automation and AI-driven functionalities for public tenders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with e-procurement platforms such as TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) or local public tender systems
- Background in legal consulting or compliance within the public procurement space
- Experience with AI-based document processing and automated bid preparation
- Understanding of Polish public tendering regulations
- Track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses in regulated industries
- Strong public speaking and thought leadership presence in the procurement technology space
