Summary
Join GR0's growing eCommerce team as a TikTok Shop Campaign Manager. This role requires 1–2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience and involves managing multiple D2C clients' TikTok Shop strategies, serving as the main point of contact for client programs, and liaising with TikTok. Responsibilities include campaign execution, performance reporting, optimization, and troubleshooting. You will also pitch new ideas, audit product listings, communicate with creators, approve and boost content, and manage promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses exceptional communication skills, and enjoys working with clients. Success will be measured by client churn, client performance, and average client relationship length.
Requirements
- You have 1.5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing sales on TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotional strategies, and influencer collaborations
- You are empathetic with a high EQ and can read people and pivot/adapt to strengthen relationships
- You are well-organized and can juggle competing client priorities and deadlines while remaining self-motivated and attentive to detail and accuracy
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have experience presenting to senior-level client contacts
- You enjoy working with project management frameworks to track and complete key deliverables and outstanding items
- You enjoy meeting with clients and discussing results with them, and can reassure them when KPI’s are below their goals
- You are experimental and highly analytical, and very comfortable using data to drive your decisions
- You’ve built TikTok Shop audits and strategic proposals for prospective or current clients
- You are fluent in the TikTok Shop ecosystem—including logistics, content review, commissions, product approvals, and ad boosting
- You’ve worked on sales-focused product listings, creator collaboration, and platform troubleshooting
- You are passionate about working across various industries and helping small and medium businesses scale their sales and digital presence
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day strategy and performance across TikTok Shop for multiple D2C clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop client programs, including setup, content approval, fulfillment troubleshooting, performance reporting, and optimization
- Liaise directly with TikTok to advocate for client needs, unlock new beta tools, resolve support issues, and drive co-marketing opportunities as part of our TSP relationship
- Proactively pitch new ideas, features, and cost-reduction opportunities to clients and internal teams based on platform updates and creator trends
- Audit and update product listings regularly to stay compliant with TikTok’s evolving guidelines, especially in health, beauty, and supplement categories
- Communicate with creators and affiliates through TikTok Creator Marketplace, Slack, and email—pitching products, negotiating rates, and optimizing commission structures
- Approve and boost creator content aligned with brand goals; request edits when necessary
- Troubleshoot common TikTok Shop issues (e.g., video syncing, product bugs, order fulfillment) in coordination with Shopify and third-party tools like AfterShip
- Track affiliate and creator performance, identify high performers, and build ongoing activation strategies
- Manage TikTok Shop promotional campaigns and discount product registration (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale)
- Create detailed TikTok Shop audits and opportunity assessments for prospective clients during the pre-sale stage, including competitor benchmarking and sales forecasting
- Maintain internal documentation and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, SEO, Creative) to align TikTok Shop with broader eCommerce goals
- Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and clear visualizations
- Act as the internal knowledge base for TikTok Shop best practices, trends, and community-building tactics
- Stay ahead of TikTok algorithm shifts, affiliate marketplace trends, and content strategy changes to ensure clients remain competitive and scalable

- Total annual compensation for this role is market competitive - $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurated with experience)
