Summary
Join ThinkLP as their Chief Revenue Officer and lead their revenue organization through significant expansion. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee sales, marketing, and revenue operations, scaling the organization from early growth to market leadership. This role demands strategic leadership and hands-on execution, requiring experience in B2B software and services. You'll build and lead high-performing teams, implement effective sales methodologies, and foster a culture of high performance. This is a remote or New York City-based position offering a competitive salary, uncapped bonuses, and equity.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a revenue leader (CRO, VP of Sales, or similar) in a high-growth B2B Software and services environment
- Demonstrated success in aligning and scaling revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Enterprise software sales experience, particularly with fortune 500 retailers and logistics companies
- Experience working in SaaS model that is complemented with professional services
- Strong experience in both new logo acquisition and landing enterprise customers
- Strong experience in driving expansion sales in enterprise customer base
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
- Track record of fostering collaborative, high-performance cultures and proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the new logo and expansion ARR sales motion ranging from pipeline creation to expansion ARR sales
- Implement a comprehensive revenue system around ‘Land and Expand’ and go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue performance
- Build the team. Identify talent gaps and organization model changes needed to support growth
- Implement a multi-vertical enterprise go-to-market strategy
- New market expansion leadership as ThinkLP expands internationally
- Establish predictable revenue forecasting and reporting processes
- Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
- Design and implement effective sales methodologies and playbooks
- Create robust pipeline generation strategies to support aggressive growth targets
- Establish and optimize marketing operations, addressing gaps in product marketing, content marketing, event marketing and more
- Drive expansion across new verticals and geographies
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journey and maximize retention
- Collaborate with Product team to align roadmap with market needs and customer feedback
- Work with Finance to establish metrics, forecasting, and reporting frameworks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and prospects
- Build and manage an A+ team across sales, marketing, and revenue operations
- Implement effective sales enablement and training programs
- Establish scalable processes and systems to support growth
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

- $150K - $195k Base salary
