Summary

Join interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, as their Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end revenue function, architecting and executing growth strategies, scaling GTM teams, and expanding market share. You will own the company's revenue number, build strategic plans for new markets, and lead a high-performing sales team. The CRO will also partner with marketing, build strong customer relationships, and foster a culture of accountability and customer-centricity. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales and leadership. Requirements

  • 15+ years of GTM leadership experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in AI, fintech, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of scaling ARR from $10M to $100M+ in a fast-growth environment
  • Deep experience in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (NRR, CAC payback, GRR, pipeline coverage) and ability to use them to drive strategic decisions
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling delivery teams in a SaaS company, preferably in FinTech
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading global teams
  • Ability to navigate complex, enterprise-level customer relationships and drive executive engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage data to inform strategy and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the companyโ€™s revenue number, including net new ARR, expansion, and renewals
  • Develop and execute the companyโ€™s go-to-market strategy across direct sales, partner channels, and account expansion
  • Drive sales and marketing alignment to ensure pipeline health, velocity, and conversion targets are met
  • Build strategic plans for entering new markets and monetizing new AI capabilities
  • Translate company vision into GTM execution, aligning team OKRs with business outcomes
  • Lead and scale a high-performing direct sales team focused on mid-market and enterprise financial institutions
  • Drive enterprise deal velocity, ensuring high win rates and alignment with ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Support field leadership in structuring and closing strategic deals โ€” with a focus on platform adoption and multi-product expansion
  • Manage and forecast pipeline health, deal movement, and sales performance metrics in CRM
  • Partner with Marketing to elevate the Interface.ai brand and position us as a category leader in AI for financial services
  • Own the demand generation strategy to fuel top-of-funnel growth and partner marketing to unlock new channels
  • Amplify thought leadership through content, media, and strategic events that reinforce our innovation agenda
  • Expand and operationalize revenue partnerships with core banking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and reseller networks
  • Design joint GTM motions with partners to scale distribution and create shared value
  • Identify and incubate new partnership models to unlock adjacent revenue streams
  • Partner with Customer Success to increase NRR and GRR by identifying upsell/cross-sell levers
  • Build executive relationships with top accounts, ensuring Interface is seen as a strategic growth partner
  • Support customer feedback loops to inform GTM strategy and future product roadmap
  • Build and lead a high-performance revenue org across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Partnerships
  • Attract, retain, and develop top-tier sales and marketing talent with strong domain and SaaS experience
  • Create a culture of accountability, learning, and customer-centricity across the GTM organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a plus
