Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience building SaaS technology and leading engineering teams successfully in Big Data environments (Consumer retail, Banking industries a plus)
• A degree in Computer Science at a leading technical institution
• Technical understanding of scalable micro services using the latest cloud technologies
• Prior experience leading 100+ engineers at leading SaaS companies
• Experience managing a distributed team with a presence in India

Responsibilities

• Simplify and Expand Teikametrics' infrastructure via scalable micro services using the latest scalable cloud technologies (Serverless and No SQL formats)
• Collaborate with Product and Senior Leadership to design and execute technology to support business requirements to scale Teikametrics from $50M to $100M in ARR
• Execute infrastructure to quickly expand our data pipelines to multiple major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, etc
• Lead and scale the Engineering Team globally while driving a culture of excellence across all global locations (US and India)
