Summary

The job is for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Health Force, a startup that develops an AI Assistant for healthcare automation. Requirements

• Proven track record of successful leadership experience in a technology-focused role
• Experience in deploying and managing complex infrastructure on cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Thorough understanding and application of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills
• Familiar with Robotic Process Automation platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable technical plans
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership in shaping the technical direction of our healthcare enterprise AI Assistant platform
• Lead the deployment of our AI Assistant in hospitals across Europe and drive expansion efforts throughout Europe
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard patient data and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Development teams
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and healthcare organizations
• Oversee the development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions
