  • Thorough understanding and application of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiar with Robotic Process Automation platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable technical plans
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership in shaping the technical direction of our healthcare enterprise AI Assistant platform
  • Lead the deployment of our AI Assistant in hospitals across Europe and drive expansion efforts throughout Europe
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard patient data and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Development teams
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and healthcare organizations
  • Oversee the development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
