Summary
Join Camplify Holdings Limited as the National Claims Manager, reporting directly to senior management and overseeing claims operations. Lead and mentor the claims team, develop and implement effective claims strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. This dynamic role requires extensive experience in claims management, preferably in insurance or automotive industries, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in claims management software. The position involves intermittent travel.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in claims management, preferably within the insurance or automotive industries
- A proven track record of leadership and team management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in claims management software
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Capacity to handle complex claims and negotiations successfully
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the claims team to deliver high-quality service to customers and clients
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies, processes, and performance metrics
- Conduct thorough reviews of claims, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper documentation
- Build strong relationships with insurers, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee claims investigations and negotiate settlements in a timely manner
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on claims performance and trends
- Drive continuous improvement in claims handling processes and customer experience
- Work with external loss adjustors and third party claims providers etc to ensure service levels are maintained
- This role requires intermittent and scheduled travel including external client meetings, on-site event management and activations, exhibition/shows as well as conducting site visits
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications and /or degree in insurance or risk management are a plus
