Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Insurance or Insurance related experience, experience within Property claims preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree with a background in insurance

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff Claim Representatives on their handling of claims
• Supervise Independent Adjusters and Experts on their handling of claims
• Train, educate, and develop assigned staff
• Monitor workloads of assigned staff
• Evaluate staff Claim Representatives and clerical personnel and make recommendations for their salary/wage reviews
• Make Recommendations on hiring and terminating assigned staff
