You will inspire your team through coaching and performance planning, handle high-priority cases, analyze service KPIs, and deliver training. The role requires proven claims or insurance supervision experience, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requirements

• Proven experience in claims or insurance team supervision
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Strong attention to detail, planning and organisational abilities
• A proactive, positive approach with a passion for mentorship
• Confidence in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead teams through coaching, reviews, and performance planning
• Handle sensitive, complex, and high-priority cases (VIPs, vulnerable customers, legal claims, and more)
• Analyse service KPIs and implement enhancements to processes
• Deliver training and support for remote and in-office staff
• Maintain regulatory compliance and audit excellence
• Collaborate across departments to improve communication and client outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in compliance or insurance environments is a plus
