Summary

The job is for an Implementation Lead to manage the entire LMS implementation lifecycle, collaborate with teams, mitigate risks, track progress, oversee client training, and continuously improve processes. The candidate should have at least 5 years of project management experience, PMP certification preferred, excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live and post-launch support
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage a team of implementation specialists and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
• Oversee client training and ensure successful adoption of the product/service
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification preferred, or demonstrably strong project management experience
