Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience, with a strong focus on client retention, upselling, and relationship-building
  • Proven success managing renewal cycles and growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations to identify new opportunities
  • Highly independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—especially with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail across a portfolio of clients

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to a portfolio of our top-tier corporate clients
  • Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, retention, and expansion
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen engagement
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to track progress, share insights, and identify new needs
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to transition new clients into active partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams—including product, operations, and instructors—to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Partner with senior leaders at WSP, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director, to shape strategy and maximize impact across the corporate vertical

Preferred Qualifications

Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management, private equity, corporate finance)
