Summary

Join Dialpad as a Client Account Executive, Commercial and manage a portfolio of existing customers, driving year-over-year revenue growth. You will act as a consultant, showcasing the value of Dialpad's product suite and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. This role involves cultivating customer relationships, generating leads, and serving as a trusted advisor. Success requires strong sales experience, proven ability to meet revenue targets, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a dynamic environment
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in either New Business or Account Management
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience providing timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to track numerous details
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions and collaborative sessions
  • Excellent internet connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers
  • Create an account plan to achieve quarterly goals
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their strategy and expansion plans
  • Work leads and generate pipeline
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor for customers
  • Identify customers suitable for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program and advocate for them within Dialpad

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS sales background
  • UCaaS/CCaaS experience
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets)
  • Curiosity: Ability to understand customers’ business, internal teams and processes
  • Closing mindset: Proactively ask closing questions
  • Strategic thinking: Analyze accounts and develop sales strategies to target additional product opportunities
  • High energy: Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong digital communication skills with visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions
