Summary
Join MGID, a global advertising platform, as a Client Acquisition Manager to drive growth in the Peruvian market. Expand our advertiser base and build strategic partnerships with premium brands. Establish and strengthen MGID's market presence, focusing on effective client acquisition and long-term relationships. Conduct thorough analyses of client needs to identify strategic advertising opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and premium brands. Independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closures.
Requirements
- A sales professional with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing focused on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, direct client management, and a keen interest in performance marketing
- Possessing deep knowledge of digital advertising assets, including ad formats, campaign management, and native advertising solutions
- Fluent in Spanish and at least intermediate in English, with strong communication skills for client engagement and negotiations
- Proficient in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, SimilarWeb)
- Experienced with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and S2S trackers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong planning and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of client needs to identify strategic advertising opportunities
- Leverage our product strengths and specifics to create customized proposals that align with client objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and premium brands, managing existing accounts and actively identifying new client opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial and business proposals tailored to client goals
- Ensure a high-quality transition of new clients to Account Management, supporting smooth client onboarding
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures

Prior experience managing performance-driven advertising campaigns
