Join Boldr as a Tech Recruitment Manager and lead the strategic management of the company's technical recruitment process. You will manage a team of Tech Recruiters, setting the tech strategy for sourcing and hiring top candidates. Partner with business leaders to improve the recruitment process, manage recruitment channels, and optimize recruitment databases. Support recruiters throughout the hiring process, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and monitor recruitment plan effectiveness. Oversee employer branding initiatives, lead recruitment for senior roles, build partnerships with agencies and internal teams, and report on performance metrics. Develop and manage global technical recruitment strategies, collaborate on internal talent mobility, conduct market research, and facilitate interviewer training. Represent Boldr at technical events.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience managing a global recruitment team
  • 5 years recruitment experience
  • Experience in Technical recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines
  • Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
  • Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms
  • An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a technical fit but a culture fit as well
  • Excellent analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Technical Talent Acquisition team, provide oversight, guidance and mentorship to the global Tech TA team
  • Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to design and continuously improve a consistent, effective recruitment process
  • Understand hiring needs and develop sustainable talent acquisition strategies to meet business goals and ensure on target hiring remains above 95%
  • Manage all recruitment channels (referrals, agencies, online platforms) and explore new sourcing methods
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and optimization of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, while ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies
  • Support recruiters throughout the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment plans and make data-driven improvements
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and hard-to-fill roles
  • Build strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies
  • Build strong partnerships and relationships with the internal SBU and CXM teams
  • Report and optimize performance metrics for technical recruitment
  • Develop and manage global technical recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with People Success team on internal talent mobility initiatives
  • Conduct talent market research to anticipate hiring challenges
  • Facilitate interviewer training for technical hiring teams
  • Represent the organization at technical events and job fairs
