Summary
Join bswift as a Client Analyst I β Specialty Services and contribute to the delivery of exceptional service and support for a wide range of clients across specialized functional areas. This remote position focuses on ensuring the delivery of The Life Benefits Center of Excellence. You will manage deliverables independently, adhere to standard operating procedures, proactively communicate risks and status updates, provide backup support for colleagues, and adapt to evolving procedures. This role requires 1+ years of work experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent time management, customer service orientation, and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $20-26/hr, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience, which can include summer jobs and internships
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office product skills. (VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, CONCAT, SUMIF, etc.)
- Strong focus and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime on occasion with prior approval
Responsibilities
- Manage deliverables independently and contribute to the overall health of the client portfolio by delivering outstanding service
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and seek clarification when necessary
- Proactively communicate risks and status updates related to deliverables
- Provide backup support for fellow analysts during absences
- Adhere to processes and quickly adapt to new procedures as they evolve
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in benefits administration
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and other related benefit types
- Experience executing queries in SQL or similar platform
