Summary

Join Brillio as a Salesforce Business Analyst (CPQ) and contribute to the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of their Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable CPQ solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams, acting as a functional expert for the CPQ platform, and supporting its configuration, testing, and deployment. You will also be responsible for translating business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows, partnering with developers and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation of CPQ enhancements and integrations. Additionally, you will support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quoting, pricing rules, approval workflows, and product catalog configuration, and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides for CPQ processes. This role also involves monitoring CPQ system performance and recommending improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with at least 2+ years working specifically with CPQ platforms
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus/Conga, Oracle CPQ, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, quote-to-cash workflows, pricing models, and discounting strategies
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across business and IT teams

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to pricing, quoting, and product configurations
  • Act as a functional expert for the CPQ platform, supporting its configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Partner with developers and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation of CPQ enhancements and integrations
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quoting, pricing rules, approval workflows, and product catalog configuration
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides for CPQ processes
  • Monitor CPQ system performance and recommend improvements and automation opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ or Conga CPQ certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration points with CPQ systems
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition and order management processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components (for Salesforce-based roles)
