Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of sales or fleet-related experience, with proven success in C-Level client engagement
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with self-driven motivation
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record at time of hire
- Must continue to keep a satisfactory driving record, as determined by Merchants, and remain eligible to be insured by the company’s vehicle insurance carrier
- Employee must cooperate in completing any required authorizations or paperwork for regular motor vehicle checks

- Drive portfolio growth through embedded lease and services penetration, ensuring clients fully leverage our offerings
- Identify and deliver strategic initiatives that improve operational, financial, and sustainability outcomes for client fleets
- Own and manage the full vehicle order lifecycle—from annual forecasting to timely execution—capturing 100% of lease volume with us
- Introduce clients to new products, technologies, and enhancements that optimize fleet performance
- Lead renewals, upsell opportunities, and expansion strategies, securing long-term commitments and deeper service engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
