Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience using Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth – Meet or exceed assigned sales and activity goals, expanding relationships with current customers
- Develop Strong Client Relationships – Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deliver more value through Daxko’s solutions
- Craft Tailored Solutions – Oversee proposal development and align our software and services with customer needs
- Uncover & Close Opportunities – Be bold in prospecting within established relationships to generate new revenue
- Solve Key Business Challenges – Understand customers’ biggest challenges and present scalable, budget-friendly solutions
- Manage Renewals & Upsells – Successfully renew existing contracts while positioning additional products that drive impact
- Engage Key Decision-Makers – Take a top-down sales approach, targeting Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs to expand partnerships
- Navigate Complex Negotiations – Work through varying levels of complexity to align customer goals with Daxko’s offerings
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in software/technology
