Summary
Join Experian as a Client Executive and drive revenue growth by managing Credit Union client relationships. Develop and maintain strong alliances with senior client management, offering recommendations and negotiating contracts. Serve as a strategic business partner, helping clients leverage data and technology solutions. Effectively communicate industry knowledge and the transformative power of data and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities and identifying opportunities. Understand client needs and advocate for their voice to improve Experian's solutions. Develop forecasts, manage pipelines, and ensure solution delivery. Identify new business growth opportunities and expand existing partnerships. This remote position requires East Coast residency and reports to the Senior Director, Credit Unions Northeast.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 5 + years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of 25+ accounts
- Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud and software solutions within financial services
- Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry
- Understanding of customer priorities and the initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue growth and managing Credit Union client relationships
- Develop and maintain close alliances with senior client management personnel
- Offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals
- Negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements
- Helping them leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to drive lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement
- Grasp concepts quickly and share your knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's business
- Collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunities
- Understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
- Develop forecasts, advance pipeline, and ensure delivery of solutions
- Identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships
- Challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with your teammates and customers to develop your skills as an Experian leader
