Summary
Join our team as a Client Experience Coordinator and support positive client experiences, assist clients with collections and billing processes, and manage advertisement submissions and deadlines. This full-time role is fully remote and offers a salary of $46,000 annually.
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with N2βs Corporate Publications program
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences
- Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts
- Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes
- Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy
- Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members
- Follow the programβs specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment
