Summary

Join Addepar as a Client Operations Analyst to support the Go-To-Market organization. You will collaborate with various teams, including Client Management, Solutions Architecture, and Sales, to optimize business processes and systems. Responsibilities include providing analytics and reporting, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and FinancialForce, and building content to improve Addepar's Assurance offering. You will also develop and lead internal training. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for supporting team members and clients. This role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to interpret data to tell a client story.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of applicable experience
  • Ability to analyse large data sets and provide concrete recommendations
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and navigate objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively prioritise and adapt within a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong partnership skills
  • Genuine passion for supporting team members and clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics and reporting to support the Client Management team, client-facing projects, and to improve business processes
  • Able to interpret analytics to tell a client story; train Account Managers on how to use dashboards and data to deeply understand client health
  • Partner with the team leads to optimise processes and policies
  • Maintain FinancialForce and Salesforce data hygiene and own system data integrity
  • Detail operational knowledge, issues, processes, and methodologies in reference materials
  • Consult with external teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Sales, etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs
  • Build content & processes to continually improve Addepar's Assurance offering to prospects, clients & partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of external questionnaires & requests for information from our prospects, clients & partners
  • Develop and lead internal training on standard methodologies and processes
