Requirements
- Experience in Operations or CX teams, especially in sales environments or technology/consulting companies
- Ability to present recommendations clearly and objectively
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to seek information, resolve issues, and support the delivery of results in challenging situations
- Ease in building relationships and working reliably with stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with a willingness to learn and support more complex initiatives
- Motivation to learn, grow, and quickly adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, collaborating effectively with different functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- Prior experience in strategic operations, setup teams, or partners management
- Advanced English
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and with channel partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources
- Facilitate channel partner operations, including but not limited to account setup and updates, contract launch, and renewal processes
- Manage all operations related to account setup in Salesforce and/or ResellerHub, including account creation, upsell, renegotiation/retention, and other potential demands arising from the Channel Partners project in collaboration with the teams, including new partners
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members through active listening, open dialogue, and structured communication
- Monitor and ensure that new client accounts are managed proactively and efficiently, minimizing operational risks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
