This role is based in Jordan with working hours compatible with the Eastern Time zone.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role
  • Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
  • Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Perform anecdotal & statistical analysis on our collected product data to uncover actionable insights across different distribution channels, geographies, and client segments
  • Support alumni engagement initiatives by managing data on post-program outcomes, coordinating communications, and identifying high-impact alumni stories for spotlighting
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run our business operations, analyzing learner progress and coaching session data to identify trends, surface intervention opportunities, and improve the effectiveness of career support initiatives
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards that track career development milestones, alumni engagement and outcomes, to support strategic decision-making across teams
  • Complete ad hoc projects related to our data science and data analytics training programs
  • Collaborate with internal team to creativity assess and test new products, and build growth strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Slack, Tableau, and Zoom
