Client Operations Manager

Summary

The job is for a Client Operations Manager at an AI solutions provider company, working remotely. Requirements

• Proven experience in client operations, client success, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or AI-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales processes, and AI technologies is highly advantageous
• Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions effectively
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and with clients
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO and COO in managing client relationships and leads
• Execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads
• Monitor and assess client satisfaction and AI agent performance
• Implement AI agents using templates and prompt engineering, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific client needs
• Continuously apply optimizations and tests to live AI agents to enhance their performance and effectiveness
• Organize and manage the deployment pipeline for AI agents, ensuring timely and efficient rollouts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all operational matters
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and address client requirements, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
