Responsibilities

  • Help maintain an effective resource allocation plan to ensure the optimal use of consultants and project teams
  • Help forecasting resource needs based on upcoming projects, client demands, and internal priorities
  • Assist Operations Manager in coordinate with delivery mgmt to understand resource requirements and ensure the right skill sets are assigned to each project
  • Assist and own the track resource availability, skills, and utilization rates to ensure appropriate staffing for all projects
  • Balance workloads to avoid over- or under-utilization of resources
  • Adjust resource plans in response to shifting priorities, changes in project scope, or client requests
  • Manage a scheduling system to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment of resource availability
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure efficient use of resources across multiple projects
  • Monitor resource utilization metrics and generate reports on resource availability, productivity, and forecasting accuracy
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving resource efficiency and project execution
  • Present resource-related data to leadership and key stakeholders for decision-making
  • Shared responsible for maintaining integrity of Salesforce and Netsuite data and processes
  • Identify potential resource shortages or conflicts and proactively work with stakeholders to mitigate risks
  • Adjust resource allocations quickly in response to project delays, resource unavailability, or unforeseen challenges
  • Continuously improve resource management processes and tools to increase efficiency, reduce resource conflicts, and ensure optimal staffing
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into resource planning workflows

Benefits

  • Salary $70,000 - $80,000 USD base salary depending on location and experience
