Operations Specialist

Requirements

• Ability to identify proactively inefficiencies in existing processes, develop and implement standardized procedures, and continuously seek improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Ability to identify and analyze problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions to address operational challenges and client issues
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, reporting, and process execution to maintain data integrity and operational excellence
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Skills in project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely and successful completion of operational initiatives
• Experience in creating presentations for different hierarchical levels
• Experience with everyday tools (Google Suite and Microsoft Office)
• Sufficient proficiency in Spanish & English, at an intermediate level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships
• Works well in collaboration with team members and colleagues
• Good at creating and managing relationships with people from different backgrounds, cultures and hierarchical levels

Responsibilities

• Identify and map areas for improvement within the Operations team and client interactions, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and standardization. Lead projects and initiatives to optimize client operations
• Organize meetings, office hours, and training sessions to address tasks, provide support, communicate improvements, and align processes for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution
• Create documentation to formalize process improvements and monitor ongoing projects to maintain data integrity and operational excellence
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure successful deliveries and achieve operational goals
• Develop solutions to increase the efficiency of the partner operations team, optimize their time, and implement controls to reduce errors and enhance data accuracy
• Manage expectations, address concerns, and build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and achieving client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• German and/or Italian languages
• Intermediate or Advanced SQL
• Knowledge of using dashboards tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc…)
