Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for Delivery-related roles within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. consultants, developers, architects, business analysts to name a few)
- 1+ years experience supporting People Operations/Human Resources initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives and support our ongoing growth
- Enhance employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage HR administrative operations with attention to detail
- Be a champion for our inclusive and high-performing company culture
- Develop and manage strategic talent acquisition plans to attract diverse, top-tier talent across the US and ROW
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer extension
- Collaborate with executive teams and hiring managers to improve the candidate experience and strengthen V2βs employer brand
- Build relationships with external partners and communities to enhance talent pipeline and future hiring opportunities
- Oversee future talent programs (e.g., internships, alumni networks) and partner with marketing on employer branding initiatives
- Support maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, employee records, contracts, and compliance policies
- Conduct regular audits of HR data systems (HRIS, ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
- Partner with HR lead to streamline and innovate HR documentation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide expertise in HR systems, supporting internal teams with training, documentation, and best practices for system usage
- Support facilitation of a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with IT, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
- Maintain onboarding documentation and support new hire orientations
- Conduct feedback surveys and continuously improve onboarding experiences
- Lead offboarding efforts, ensuring timely system deactivation, documentation, and compliance with security protocols
- Act as a cultural ambassador, designing and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, promoting V2βs core values in all initiatives
- Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and ensure clear communication across departments
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve morale and productivity
