Summary

Join Pivot Point Consulting as an Operations Specialist and contribute to a dynamic and engaging work environment for consultants, clients, and employees. You will provide comprehensive support to recruiting and sales teams, operations leadership, and consultants. Responsibilities include managing candidate paperwork, client contracts, travel arrangements, and report preparation. You will also assist with contract review, payroll inquiries, and benefits questions. This remote position requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and adaptability to changing situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in administrative support or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for recruiting and sales employees which may include sending candidate paperwork, client contracts, and executing full life cycle of job orders
  • Provide support to operations leadership, including travel arrangements, scheduling, preparing reports, and letter composition
  • Review client and Enterprise contracts; work with legal and HR as appropriate
  • Provide support for consultants regarding payroll, expenses, and benefits questions and/or training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Experience with Bullhorn, HubSpot, UKG, or other HRIS system preferred
