Summary
Join FIS Global as a Client Relationship Manager and lead the delivery of outsourced solutions to strategic clients. Requirements
- Hold a Graduate degree (science/analytics preferable)/MBA
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technology/Financial services organizations
Responsibilities
- Strategically focus on and be responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, the overall management of the client relationship, and the delivery of the outsourced solution
- Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution
- Maintain contact with the client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. Represent the enterprise to the client and the client to the enterprise
- Be responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, overall management of the client relationship and delivery of outsourced solution
- Oversee and lead teams in delivery of continuous and effective outsourced solutions and ensure project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements
- Work to maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring ongoing customer service
- Develop deep knowledge on FIS solutions and services; provide thought leadership
- Manage technical engagement on projects and be responsible for oversight of vendors and subcontractors
- Lead teams in the delivery of outsourced solutions to the strategic client. Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
- Identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implement the change and measure the level of improvement
- May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates - Consumer
- Perform other related duties assigned as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a Certification in Delivery practice: PMI-PMP/SAFE Agile
- Have Transfer Agency Experience
- Have Delivery Management Experience
