Summary
The job is for a Customer Service Agent at D-EDGE, a leading hotel technology provider. The role involves providing technical support to clients, answering calls, handling emails, creating cases, and escalating issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in French and English, have good computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, and be a technical expert.
Requirements
- High sense of customer relationship
- Sharp identification of customer’s request, asking specific questions in order to gather the most accurate information for Support to handle the case in the shortest possible time
- Fluent in French, English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a close manner
- Good computer skills
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Technical expert in related computer applications
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies

Fluent in other languages
