Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Communicate at multiple levels both internally and externally
  • Technical understanding and aptitude
  • Documentation skills
  • Decision-making and time management
  • Experience in Support ticketing software
  • Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment
  • Strong organization/communication skills
  • Reliability, Accountability, Responsibility, and a team player

Responsibilities
