Summary

Flipster is seeking a Client Servicing Agent with prior experience dealing with user KYC enquiries, strong analytical skills, and ability to work well in a 24/7 trading environment. The ideal candidate should also have experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. The role involves handling user enquiries related to KYC, account registration, account management, promotion and event-related enquiries, wallet and asset-related enquiries, and managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment

Responsibilities

Handling user enquiries including KYC related enquiries, account registration and account management, promotion and event-related enquiries, wallet and asset related enquiries, managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
• Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
• Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
• Experience working at a high growth startup/tech company
• Knowledge and experience in Customer Due Diligence and onboarding process is highly desirable
