Requirements

• Be a real people person with great empathy
• Possess excellent organizational skills able to juggle and keep track of multiple clients
• Have strong communication skills
• Have customer service or customer success experience
• Be proficient in spoken English (clear and neutral accent)
• Be motivated and happy to go the extra mile for clients

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and train them on our follow-up system
• Check in regularly with clients to review their numbers and ROI
• Manage customer inbox questions and concerns
• Oversee tasks for clients and liaise with the tech team to ensure timely delivery
• Support the paid traffic team in understanding campaign performance
• Manage and monitor small accounts (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have marketing or paid traffic experience
• Have experience working with small business owners
