Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and project management
• Highly proficient in English
• At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus campaign strategy, execution and reporting, as well as SEO and paid media
• B2B digital marketing experience
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, etc.) and HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media (Google Ads PPC, Display & Youtube, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads), and content marketing
• Lead the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including strategy, execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting
• Oversee all aspects of SEO on our website, blog, and Youtube channel including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic search visibility and traffic
• Design and manage high-impact paid advertising campaigns that align with business objectives and maximize ROI
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics on Google Analytics 4 to derive actionable insights and continuously improve results and report back findings to the team
• Work with creative teams to produce engaging content on our Podcast and blog that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to keep us ahead of the curve
• Act as a mentor and advisor for junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
