Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Success team in delivering a best-in-class experience for our advertising partners through superior organization and attention to detail
  • Perform a variety of post-sale client activities such as creative development, asset collection, and reporting
  • Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations) to execute a wide range of campaigns across the Axios product suite
  • Support media planning, proposals, and renewal activities with Client Partnerships colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

Have prior professional experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development
