Summary
Join Rightway as a Pharmacy Client Associate and become the primary point of contact for clients' day-to-day PBM operational matters. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, managing routine to complex requests. You will track and resolve issues, drive creative solutions, and engage appropriate resources to meet deadlines and client guarantees. A Bachelor's degree and CPhT certification are preferred, along with PBM account management experience. Responsibilities
- Issue Tracking and Resolution β Engaging internal departments/tools and client resources, such as submitting data analytic tickets, pulling, and manipulating prebuilt reporting dashboards, to work on outstanding issues from start to resolution while providing routine updates to the client
- Driving Practical & Creative Solutions β Critically thinking about complex situations to find optimal outcomes
- Engaging Appropriate Resources β Discuss information at varying degrees of complexity, at varying stages of progression, and engage internal or client resources best appropriate to drive issue resolution
- Work within Deadlines and Client Guarantees β Drive resolution within a timely manner and ensure that all Client Performance Guarantees are met
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, which includes face-to-face/virtual meetings, effective written and telephone correspondence, good listening, and comprehension skills
- Maintain high-level client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism on all interactions
- Demonstrate excellent client services through resourcefulness with a high level of initiative
- Manage the resolution status of routine to complex requests related to our clients' business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree
- Possess an active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- Have a minimum of 3 years of PBM Account Management experience
- Have experience and knowledge in the PBM and/or healthcare field
- Have working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Benefits
Base salary range: $60,000-$80,000 (before bonus potential)
