Client Success Intern

Summary

Join Carousell Group as a 3-month Sales Intern (January-March 2025) working remotely! This internship focuses on the property market and involves lead sourcing through online channels, supporting sales campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and analytical skills, understands online marketplaces (especially real estate), and is proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. A school-issued internship recommendation is required. This is a work-from-home position.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written Communications, English and Filipino)
• Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures and clearly give instructions
• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues
• Strong interest in and understanding of online marketplaces, preferably real estate, cars, and other services
• Proficiency in basic essential platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
• Must have a recommendation from the school (Internship Requirement from school)
• Can do internship for 3 months

Responsibilities

• Source leads for the sales team through online channels (social media and competitor websites)
• Regularly support sales employees to qualify leads and make cold calls
• Support business units and functions on campaigns and project ideas, such as new supply and demand campaigns
• Coordinate with key people in the business and stakeholders
• Engage in administrative work as needed
