Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer success roles, ideally within SaaS, AI, or tech-focused companies
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp and explain complex AI solutions
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot client issues
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead client training sessions and educate clients on product features and functionalities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills for handling customer inquiries
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, from initial setup to the full implementation of the Arini AI platform
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining open communication, troubleshooting any issues, and addressing concerns
- Client Training and Product Education: Lead training sessions to ensure clients understand how to use the Arini AI solutions effectively and can fully benefit from its features
- Customer Success and Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring account health, following up on product usage, and identifying areas where clients could benefit from additional features
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on account activity and performance to present to both the client and internal teams for strategy refinement
