Requirements

• B2B sales experience required
• Proven experience in customer success or client management roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and networks
• Proficiency in analyzing feedback and implementing necessary changes
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of client services
• Act as a bridge between sales and support departments
• Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their goals with our services
• Identify and track new opportunities for upselling to existing clients
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve our offerings
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients and contractors
• Ensure timely escalation of client concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and outcomes
