Summary

Join Xplor's Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Client Training Specialist and make a daily impact. Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, you will create and deliver product training for new and existing clients on Xplor Growth. Responsibilities include conducting live virtual training sessions, managing online training courses, training onboarding hires, and developing innovative learning solutions. The role requires exceptional presentation and video editing skills, along with 2+ years of training experience. Fully remote work is available, and a competitive salary and discretionary bonus are offered. Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to record / edit training videos
  • 2+ years experience in a training role, either internal or external
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
  • Good with client communications via email and phone calls
  • Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Create, design and run training programs for clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and competencies to effective use our products
  • Facilitate client facing virtual training sessions
  • Maintain onboarding knowledge materials (short articles and videos)
  • Train new customer onboarding hires
  • Coordinate and create training material through videos, written form, product tours, release notes
  • Assist in the development of innovative and modern learning solutions
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs

Benefits

  • The average base salary pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000
  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
