Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics industry
- Strong understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (40 - 50%)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics to promote our laboratory diagnostic products
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide feedback from healthcare providers to the product development team to enhance product offerings
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our services
