Clinical Data Coordinator

Summary

The Clinical Data Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and data support to multiple project teams in the Clinical Data Management department. The role involves data entry, document/process/report development, data testing, and tracking, as well as managing data and documents, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with billing and payment activities.

Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of one to two years of post-secondary certification or related work experience

Responsibilities

• Support project teams by providing data administration and/or data processing support
• Provide data and document review services
• Assist in the development/maintenance of project forms, documents, reports and processes
• Maintain document (paper and electronic) management and project supplies systems
• Support project teams with the preparation of reports and presentations
• Collect, correlate and prepare project data and documents
• Assist with and/or track training materials and activities
• Assist with project communications
