Summary

Join Midi Health as a Clinical Operations Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimizing our clinical operations. You will develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with various teams to support operational scaling. This is a founding team member opportunity to build and shape the clinical operations function. You will lead process optimization projects, ensuring alignment with Midi Health's commitment to high-quality patient care. Your work will directly contribute to smooth clinical operations and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a dynamic healthcare setting (telemedicine, healthcare startups, or large multi-clinic hospital systems)
  • At least 2 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced G-Suite proficiency and experience with data analysis tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders, including clinical teams, executives, and operations
  • A strong focus on process details, quality, and ensuring that every aspect of clinical operations runs smoothly

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure clinical teams deliver exceptional care efficiently
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate across various teams to support the scaling of operations
  • Take ownership of process optimization projects, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership, practice managers, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of new procedures
  • Ensure that clinical procedures and processes are aligned with Midi Health's commitment to providing high-quality care to patients
  • Lead initiatives that reduce waste and streamline operations, enabling the company to scale effectively
