Requirements

  • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting
  • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key clinical stakeholders
  • Execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of our robotic lung navigation system
  • Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the field of respiratory medicine
  • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay connected with key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Work in tandem with the technical support team to ensure seamless implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for our customers
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members
