Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred
  • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting
  • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record

Responsibilities

  • Execute Clinical Sales Strategy and Lead Program Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with the company’s sales objectives
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of our robotic lung navigation system, including its capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our technology for optimal patient outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to enhance their experience and success with our products
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the field of respiratory medicine
  • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay connected with key opinion leaders and influencers in the field
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and materials
  • Work in tandem with the technical support team to ensure seamless implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for our customers
  • Hire, Train and Develop the Clinical Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards sales goals, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
