Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred
- Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting
- Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
- Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record
Responsibilities
- Execute Clinical Sales Strategy and Lead Program Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with the companyβs sales objectives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of our robotic lung navigation system, including its capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our technology for optimal patient outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to enhance their experience and success with our products
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the field of respiratory medicine
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to stay connected with key opinion leaders and influencers in the field
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and materials
- Work in tandem with the technical support team to ensure seamless implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for our customers
- Hire, Train and Develop the Clinical Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards sales goals, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
