As a Cloud & SaaS Automation Specialist/Engineer, you will automate IT operations, key processes, and develop AI/ML-powered solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance employee experience. Requirements

• At least 3-4 years’ experience as an Cloud & SaaS Automation Specialist/Engineer or similar role
• Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) and automation tools like Workato, Boomi, Power Automate, Zappier, etc
• Experience with API integrations, including creating and utilizing comprehensive documentation such as reference guides, tutorials, code samples, and troubleshooting guides
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions
• Experience supporting and administering common IT systems, including SaaS applications (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow), hardware (Apple, Windows), and mobile phones and devices
• Experience with AI tools and machine learning
• Familiarity with security best practices and data protection across all cloud services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Automate IT Operations: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline IT operations, including system provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring
• Automate key processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience
• Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML-powered solutions to streamline internal processes, improve team efficiency, and foster a positive employee experience for both internal customers and teams
• Automate workflows and processes within Slack using scripting languages and other tools
• Manage SaaS applications and adopt best practices in a cloud-first strategy and distributed workforce
• Participate in on-call rotations to lead responses to critical incidents, working collaboratively with other teams to expedite resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying solutions and security policies with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Automation Runbooks or other scripting languages for automating administrative tasks
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing conditional access controls and defining and enforcing compliance policies to ensure the security and governance of the Azure environment

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
