Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, format, and publish content within the CMS, ensuring alignment with existing best practices and project requirements
• Lead the creation and editing of digital assets, such as a data visualization using design tools (e.g. Figma) to support content presentation
• Perform thorough quality checks on content and assets for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal across multiple devices and browsers
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to identify and correct any content or design errors before final publication
• Work closely with producers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery of content
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, including some evening and weekend work as required
• Contribute to process optimization for content entry, asset management, and QA best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced digital environment
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Prior experience in quality assurance or content review
