Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification equivalency
  • 2+ years of experience in web design, email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse web projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, XD, Figma, HTML/CSS
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and email performance metrics
  • Meticulous in campaign execution, list management, and quality assurance
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on creating and maintaining responsive website designs, graphics, and user interfaces utilizing HTML and CSS
  • Offer support for e-commerce platforms and assist in managing online webinars
  • Assist in the designing, planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and automated emails
  • Creating and resizing social/web ads for all media channels
  • Assist in managing and publishing website content via management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Bootstrap, Pardot, Magento, GitHub
  • Skilled in optimizing websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness across all devices
  • Well-versed in identifying and resolving cross-browser compatibility challenges to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Partner with marketing, design, content, and cross-functional teams to develop engaging web experiences that align with brand voice and marketing goals
  • Define project requirements, coordinate effectively, and keep stakeholders informed with clear delivery timelines
  • Experiment with new tools to enhance workflow and productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with web design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
  • Experience with the Adobe Workfront project management system is a plus
  • Solution-oriented and a creative thinker, with a positive, β€œcan-do” attitude toward overcoming challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Wordpress, Bootstrap, Pardot, Magento & GitHub experience
