Responsibilities

• Set appointments with potential clients through various channels, including email, cold calling, and social media
• Ensure all booked clients show up for their scheduled appointments by sending reminders and follow-ups
• Execute cold calling campaigns to engage prospects and convert them into booked appointments
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism on calls to build rapport and trust with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and meaningful interactions
• Handle objections and provide clear, concise answers to client inquiries
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system
